Ali Koç who completed Cambridge University Advanced Certificate of English Language program between 1994-1997 later he graduated from Italian Filology Department of İstanbul University in 2001.

Having graduated from university Ali Koç started his career at Sales departments of British Council and Vutek Digital Printing Systems. He continued his career working at Siemens Business Services as Customer Relationship Supervisor and Siebel certified CRM Specialist for seven years. During this period he has been working in global projects. On 2009 he started as CRM manager of KFC and Pizza Hut than co-actively held the position of Business Development, Marketing and Training Manager in EKO Contact Center which both withinin Süzer Group.

Then, he has worked in UFUKKOÇ Starategy and Skills Development as CRM and senior training and development consultant and partner of the company. He is accredited as internaional professional coach (APC) by International Institude of Coaching and Mentoring IIC&M in the year 2012. He continued his practice as an executive coach and a mentor ever since which has reached more than 3500 hours of service.

Ali Koç, who participated in various training on subjects like management, marketing and sales, customer relationship management CRM and call centers both inland and abroad, currently provides training, consultancy and coaching services for many leader companies of the sector in Turkey in the capacity of co-founder, trainer, head consultant and coach ACT Development Consultancy and as Head of International Accreditation Divison of IIC&M.
